Family & Fun



The swimming pool at Raulandshuset in Rauland centre has a swimming pool with diving possibilities, bubble bath, sauna, massage pool and infant’s pool.






Metro Bowling & Lakeland Sandefjord AS has a big selection of games and toys for children in addition to 10 modern bowling lanes.






Geilo is a children's paradise, with activities for children of all ages, both outdoors and indoors.




At the ski resort there are children's slopes, sledging slopes, treasure hunts, cross-country skiing orienteering, ski schools and great skiing tracks that are suitable for children.

The youngest children may enjoy spending time at Trollklubben kindergarten at Geilolia Ski Centre whilst the adults are out on the slopes. This is an approved kindergarten for children between one and six years old. It is open from Christmas until the end of season.

  1. Tryvann With 18 slopes and 7 lifts, Oslo Winter Park Tryvann is smaller than other Norwegian ski resorts, but nevertheless offers good skiing only 20 minutes from Oslo city centre. The World Snowboarding Championships (WSC) will be held here from 11 to 20 February 2012.

Beer Palace opened in 1993 in the oldest building at Aker Brygge. Make your selection from seven types of draught beer and dozens of different bottled beer types; 100 types of beer are available.

The beer can be enjoyed on a Chesterfield sofa, at the bar or outside.
